Granada are expected to complete the signing of Watford’s Domingos Quina.
That’s what Ideal are reporting, relayed by Spanish newspaper AS, and the title reads, ‘Granada finalises the arrival of Domingos Quina’.
With less than 24 hours left for the window to close, the La Liga side are working to strengthen two positions, including their midfield.
The Hornets player is identified as a target to strengthen the centre of the pitch. It’s claimed the Spanish side are set to take the 21-year-old on a loan deal until the end of the season.
According to the report, the negotiations for the midfielder’s signing are ‘practically finished’ and his loan deal is expected to be made official on Monday.
Quina, born in Guinea-Bissau, holds a Portuguese passport as he has represented the European nation at various youth levels.
He has a contract with the Championship side until 2022 and there’s no mention whether or not Granada will have an option to retain the midfielder beyond this campaign.
Quina has made 15 appearances in all competitions this season for Watford.
