With Edin Dzeko seemingly on his way out after a falling out with Paulo Fonseca, AS Roma are going to be looking at strikers in the summer.
They already were last year, with a big bid for Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic rejected by the Florence side, and new names have been appearing on the list ever since.
The arrival of Tiago Pinto as general director has changed things up a bit, and according to Italian journalist Francesco Balzani, Celtic’s Odsonne Edouard is now on his radar.
Speaking to Centro Suono Sport and relayed by Giallorossi.net, he explained that the Portuguese was ‘following’ the French striker for the summer transfer window.
This follows from claims that Edouard decided against an exit from Parkhead in January because he felt he would have more options in the upcoming window, which is also why he wasn’t renewing his contract with Neil Lennon’s side.
One we’ll be keeping an eye on.
