Ken Sema returned to Watford this summer, and has already made two appearances this season, but it seems he could be on his way to Italy once again.

Website Calcio Mercato reports today that Fiorentina are ‘determined’ to sign the midfielder this summer.

It’s claimed La Viola have ‘accelerated’ in their pursuit for the player, and have been trying to close a deal with the Premier League side.

They highlight that Kema had a ‘great’ campaign on loan at Udinese last season, and that’s what attracted the interest from Fiorentina.

Sema made 33 appearances for Udinese side last season, and was a regular starter in most Serie A games.

Calcio Mercato doesn’t say how much Watford are demanding for the move, or even if they’re eager to let the 26-year-old leave the club once again. Perhaps these appearances at the start of the season are a sign that Vladimir Ivić has a place for him in the team.
