Despite Paris Saint-Germain wanting Tanguy Ndombélé and Tanguy Ndombélé wanting Paris Saint-Germain, a transfer has yet to take place.

The Tottenham player has been pushed to one side by Antonio Conte, with the Ligue 1 side immediately taking an interest, probably via their manager, Mauricio Pochettino, who was in charge at Spurs when the Frenchman was bought.

The reason why this has yet to happen is because Paris Saint-Germain need to get rid of at least one player before they can welcome the former Lyon star, and that was causing a few worries in the midfielder’s camp.

That’s according to French journalist Fabrice Hawkins, who took to Twitter to explain that despite the questions emerging from the entourage regarding ‘the capacity of the Parisian club to offload’ someone, ‘the response was came back quickly: at least one player will leave the club before the end of the transfer window’.

Basically, ‘Paris Saint-Germain are determined to sign the France international’.

The new question now is who will the Ligue 1 leaders get rid of?
