Lewis Miley has only been a bit-part player at Newcastle United this season.
The teenager has yet to feature even in the Premier League and his only appearance in the campaign came in the Carabao Cup earlier in the season.
Amidst a lack of game time, doubts have emerged about Miley’s future and InterLive today report interest from Inter Milan.
The report states that last season, Miley’s valuation was at €22m but it has now reduced. That is why the Nerazzurri could look to offer between €10m and €15m, in an attempt to take advantage of his situation.
That amount will not be enough for Newcastle United, who are under FFP difficulties but with Miley being a youth graduate, they are likely to move him on for a higher fee.
Elliot Anderson was sold to Nottingham Forest for a high fee of £35m and something similar can happen in the case of Miley, as any amount earned from his exit will count as pure profit for Eddie Howe’s side.
