Galatasaray’s ‘love’ for Marko Grujic continues says Turkish newspaper Aksam, with the Istanbul side set to make an offer to Liverpool for the 22 year old.

After an impressive loan spell with Bundesliga club Hertha Berlin last season, Grujic’s stock seems to be on the rise and Aksam saiy Galatasaray are hoping to convince Liverpool over a loan deal.

It’s claimed the Champions League factor could be an advantage for the Turkish club and Aksam report Galatasaray manager Fatih Terim wants to work with the Serbia international.

Galatasaray have previously been linked with a loan move for the Liverpool youngster, but the player ended up going to Hertha Berlin.

According to Aksam, Galatasaray now have to beat a number of clubs for his signature with Bundesliga sides Frankfurt and Werder Bremen interested in signing the Liverpool man. La Liga giants Atletico Madrid are also reportedly keen.

Galatasaray have been scouting Grujic for the past three years and his performances in the Bundesliga last season are seen as a positive for the Super Lig club side.

The youngster is contracted to Liverpool until June 2023.
