Subsequently, their manager Riza Calimbay is looking to strengthen his squad in January, with Mbenza said to be an option.

According to A Spor, along with Mbenza, the Turkish club are also interested in Benfica’s Ljubomir Fejsa and Olympiacos’ Jagos Vukovic, It’s reported Yigidolar are looking to sign at least two of these three targets this week, with Mbenza reportedly close to moving to the Super Lig club.

The 23 year old joined the Terriers from Montpellier on a permanent deal at the start of this season but he’s struggled to get regular games under Danny Cowley.

Mbenza has made just five Championship appearances for Huddersfield Town this season, and his contract with the club will expire at the end of June 2021.
