Fanatik claim Besiktas president Fikret Orman is ready to make a loan offer, with a right of redemption to sign Javier Hernandez from West Ham United.
Hernandez has been linked with a move to the Istanbul club in recent weeks after a claim a deal could be done with West Ham. There have been reports Besiktas tried to sign the attacker in the last window.
The Mexican striker has fallen down the pecking order since Manuel Pellegrini was installed as the the Hammers manager in the summer, with the Chilean preferring Marko Arnautovic as his No.9.
According to Fanatik, Orman will now fly to London to hold talks with the Premier League club and hopefully close the deal.
Besiktas are are still searching for a forward after selling Cenk Tosun and Alvaro Negredo in the past 12 months and the West Ham player looks to be a strong candidate for the Super Lig club.
Hernandez is contracted to the Hammers until June 2020 but has struggled to get games this season.
