According to a claim in the Turkish media, Besiktas have joined the race to sign Newcastle United attacker Yankuba Minteh.

Haberay today report Besiktas president Hasan Arat is keen to sign the Newcastle United player as new manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst looks to bring in his own players.
It’s claimed Arat is trying to get ahead of the other clubs interested in the 19-year-old and he’s ready to fly him to Istanbul on his private jet.
Again, Everton are reported to be interested in signing Minteh, who impressed on loan at Feyenoord last season. Marseille and Lyon are also said be monitoring the situation with the player.
