Fenerbahce are looking to sign Chelsea’s Kurt Zouma on a loan deal as their manager Phillip Cocu looks to add a central defender to his squad.
The Turkish club only have two senior central defenders in Martin Skrtel and Roman Neustadter going into the final weeks of the transfer window.
Sporx say Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli has identified Zouma as a target and Chelsea are set to loan the player out once again, following his season with Stoke City.
It’s reported Zouma has a lot of admirers but Comolli is hoping he can use his relations in England to reach a deal for the Chelsea player.
Zouma spent last season on loan at Stoke City, but was unable to prevent the Potters’ relegation to the Championship.
The player is under contract at Chelsea until June 2023.
