Takvim report Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli has met with Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Moussa Sissoko and his agent.
The Turkish newspaper say Comolli was given permission by Tottenham after travelling to England to hold talks with the Frenchman.
Earlier in this transfer window we covered reports from that Turkish press that Sissoko is an option for the Turkish club, along with his Tottenham teammate Georges Kevin N’koudou.
According to Takvim, Comolli has spoken to Sissoko about Fenerbahce’s vision and what he wants the club to achieve in the next couple of years.
It’s reported the financial side of things has yet to discussed with the Tottenham player and his agent, but this may happen when they hold talks again. It’s thought Tottenham could look to loan the France international to the Turkish side.
Sissoko was closely linked with a move to Turkish club Trabzonspor last summer.
The player is under contract at Tottenham until 2021.
