Takvim report that the two of Besiktas directors, Safak Mahmutyazicioglu and Umut Guner are currently in London for transfer talks.

After the transfer deadline passed for the English clubs, Takvim say both directors are currently working hard to sign West Bromwich Albion attacker Nacer Chadli.

Takvim report the pair have already convinced Chadli to join Besiktas and talks with West Brom are set to continue.

West Brom failed to sell Chadli to a Premier League club and Besiktas will be looking to take the advantage of this situation, paying less for the player. However, considering the amount of interest Chadli is getting outside the Premier League, the Turkish giants need act quickly to land the Belgian international.

It’s reported Besiktas president Fikret Orman is now expected to fly to England to conclude the deal.

With the Baggies relegation to the Championship last season and the form Chadli showed at this summer’s World Cup, it was always likely he would leave the Hawthorns this summer.
