Bruma’s future at Galatasaray is one of the major talking points in the Turkish press at the moment, with claims this week of an offer from Tottenham Hotspur. Not for the first time.

Sabah claimed yesterday Galatasaray have already agreed to sell Bruma to Tottenham for €15 million, but this was quickly denied by the Turkish club.

NtvSpor now report the Galatasaray board have changed their stance on Bruma, and the club is considering selling him. Bruma’s wage demands are unlikely to be met by Galatasaray board after they made it clear they are not going give him a 100% pay rise.

With Tottenham boss Maurico Pochettino said to be lurking in the background to sign the player, the CimBom will have act quickly otherwise they are in danger losing him on a free or a discounted fee.

It’s been reported Galatasaray haven’t received any official offers for Bruma from Tottenham, but NtvSpor claim one unnamed club has verbally offered €11m for the 22-year-old. If that offer is made formal, talks will begin. Galatasaray are not looking to sell for less than €10m because that’s the price they paid Sporting Lisbon back in 2013.

This transfer fee shouldn’t be an issue for Tottenham, and the Premier League side could start to move in on Bruma as the next window gets closer. At €10m, the player could be a Pochettino bargain.
