Sevilla can’t wait for Tottenham and West Ham United to battle it out for striker Youssef En-Nesyri, as they need a sale this month to help their beleaguered finances.

That’s according to Diario de Sevilla, who say Sevilla know that it is an ‘urgent’ matter to sell the striker this month and can’t afford to wait around for the Premier League duo to make a decision.

The newspaper explains that Tottenham and Sevilla have both shown an interest in the Moroccan forward, who is at the top of the list of potential saleable assets for the Spanish side this summer.

They need to sell some of their big names to help balance the books and both Tottenham and West Ham are showing an interest.

The Hammers have a slight advantage in the race thanks to Julen Lopetegui, who worked with the player in Seville, something he can use to his and his new team’s benefit.

West Ham are yet to make a bid, though, and neither are Tottenham, something that seems to be agitating Sevilla.

They ‘cannot wait’ for the two to fight with each other over the striker as they need a big sale before June 30th and the €30m they’re eyeing up for En-Nesyri would be the answer.

That requires Tottenham and West Ham getting a move on, something the Spanish side are hoping they’ll do sooner rather than later.
