Jesus Navas’ situation at Manchester City is still undefined. The player doesn’t know if he will be much used this season, and that’s what is giving Sevilla some hope of signing him back.
ABC are sure that if Navas leaves the English side, he’s definitely signing for Sevilla. The player would like to return to his “home” and the club would obviously be delighted to have him.
However, it all depends on Pep Guardiola. The manager hasn’t ruled out the player yet, but didn’t assured him that he’s going to be one of the most important pieces of the squad.
Jesus Navas is in his last year of contract at Manchester City, so if he doesn’t leave now, Sevilla are keen to try to sign him for free in the next summer. That’s why the Spanish side are in no hurry.
