FutbolArena report Galatasaray have agreed a deal for West Ham’s Sofiane Feghouli, and the player will sign for the Turkish club before the end of the week

It’s claimed Galatasaray are ready to pay the West Ham winger €3.35m a season to move to Turkey. The length of the contract is reportedly three years, and Feghouli is expected to join his new teammates at their Austria preseason camp, after his medical.

Earlier this week we covered comments Galatasaray CEO Cenk Ergun made to the Turkish press, when he confirmed they’re close to signing the Algerian international. It’s also been reported the deal will be announced after Feghouli solves some small issues between him and West Ham.

Feghouli only joined West Ham last summer, but failed to make a real impact since his arrival in England. There have been recent reports Ligue 1 side Rennes were showing an interest in the attacker, but Galatasaray were always offering the better financial package for the player and West Ham.

FutbolArena say West have ‘shaken hands’ on a €5m deal, and there’s a lot of confidence that this time it’s really done.
