After Gabriel Jesus has been repeatedly linked to Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur have now been dragged into the mix for the Manchester City player.

On May 25th, Globo Esporte reported that Spurs want to sign the forward and Torino’s Gleison Bremer, as part of their efforts to please Antonio Conte.

Tottenham chasing the Manchester City player is further discussed by Tutto Juve.

The 25-year-old has a year left on his deal at the Etihad. He is set to leave the Premier League winners this summer since Pep Guardiola’s side have already secured deals for Erling Haaland and Julián Álvarez.

However, the Brazil international will not leave Manchester City without helping the club raise funds. That help, as per the report, could come from Tottenham Hotspur.

It’s claimed Conte’s side have ‘presented the first formal offer’ of €47m to close the deal for Jesus, ‘as soon as possible’. There isn’t anything to suggest if either Jesus or City are willing to accept this proposal.

With Tottenham set to make Dejan Kulusevski’s loan deal permanent, Conte will have the Swede, Harry Kane and Son Heung-min in the attacking division. Jesus could struggle to get regular playing time, if he were to swap Manchester City for Spurs.
