As Barcelona keep looking for a new right-back, it’s now time for Chelsea’s Victor Moses to be linked to the Catalan club.
Luis Enrique’s side haven’t found a player for the position since the departure of Dani Alves, and with Aleix Vidal not impressing, many have been linked including Chelsea’s own Branislav Ivanovic.
We all know that Moses isn’t originally a right-back, as he’s a winger and has been used by Antonio Conte as a wing-back.
But it seems to be no problem for Barça. Sport describe his physical qualities as a very positive advantage for a player who would suit the role.
A few years ago, Victor Moses said in an interview that playing for Barcelona was a ‘dream’ of his. Of course, Sport highlights these quotes to add more excitement to the story.
But the truth is that there’s nothing more than an interest reported. Barça have apparently not contacted Chelsea yet, and it’s not mentioned how much the Catalan club would pay for the player.
Moses has 13 appearances under Antonio Conte this season, which is also a sign that Chelsea wouldn’t let him go so easily.
