Arkadiusz Milik has a year left on his contract at Napoli and has so far not signed an extension.

The Poland international has been linked with move to the Premier League, while Juventus are also looking at him.

Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullà claims the striker has ‘two serious offers’ from Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus. He made these claims on SportItalia, relayed by Area Napoli.

According to Pedullà, the 26-year-old would prefer to join the Turin club over Spurs this summer. However, the two sides will face a problem because Napoli are demanding €50m for him.

The journalist is of the belief that Milik will not receive an offer of around €35m because no club would want to invest heavily on a player who will be available on a free transfer in 2021.

Another Italian journalist, Valter De Maggio, appeared as a guest on Kiss Kiss Napoli’s program Radio Goal. De Maggio said he doesn’t have any ‘positive feelings’ with regards to the player’s contract extension at the club.

That’s because De Maggio states, if Napoli are offering a contract worth €3.5m per year and Tottenham offer €5m, then ‘it’s understandable’ Milik can ‘have doubts’.

Italian coach Gianni De Biasi was also on the show. De Bassi stressed it’s better to take Napoli’s €3m plus per season over joining a club like Spurs for an annual salary of €5m because ‘Naples is a beautiful place’.
