Fresh of his success with Leeds United, turning around a Massimo Cellino mess into a Premier League team, Andrea Radrizzani appears to now have his sights set on other clubs.

It’s a very poorly kept secret, and yet finding the right team to take over isn’t easy, as explained by journalist Toni Hernández on Deporte Valenciano.

He explains in an article the Leeds United owner has already come forward with a bid of €100m to convince Peter Lim to sell Valencia, but the offer ‘was not even estimated by the club’s largest shareholder’.

The La Liga club are currently in an absolute mess (17th in La Liga), with their current owner refusing to making any sort of investment these days, it’s no surprise to see potential buyers wanting to redress the situation at what remains a big name in European football.

However, Radrizzani could come back for more, according to Hernández, who writes the Leeds man ‘would have been recommended to make another offer for the Mestalla club’.

However, the journalist is honest, as while this information appears to have leaked, he adds: “It is not clear to me who has “recommended” it nor the reason why such a thing is said. I also have no idea the answer Lim will give, including not giving any, which is what he has done on a few occasions since last summer.”

We’ll have to wait and see, but a Radrizzani purchase of Valencia would surely go down a treat in the city following his successes at the head of Leeds, and if he can repeat what he did with the Yorkshire club in Spain, everyone would be thrilled.
