Yaya Toure is almost certain to leave Manchester City in the January or summer transfer window.
Pep Guardiola doesn’t seem to be in any mood to play the 33-year-old in the upcoming games, so it’s safe to say his future lies away from Manchester City.
Toure hasn’t played for a while, and the lack of games may mean some top clubs move away from the idea of signing him.
However, Italian website Calciomercato have come up with a crazy transfer rumour, which would suggest the interest is huge.
Calciomercato reckon Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in signing Toure. The Premier League sides face competition from Inter Milan and Juventus, and clubs from China.
Interest from Arsenal and Manchester United doesn’t make a great deal of sense, and the Italian website have made the briefest of articles with the biggest of claims.
Toure has been strongly linked with a move to Inter in the past, but it remains to be seen if they’d revive their interest in the Ivorian midfielder after Roberto Mancini left the club.
