After having not invested in new players in the past two windows, Chelsea will have more funds at their disposal to strengthen the squad for next season.

The Blues have already agreed a deal with Ajax for Hakim Ziyech and they could be in the market for a new goalkeeper.

Earlier today, Bild reported the Premier League side would be interested in Bayern Munich’s Manuel Neuer. His current deal with the Bavarian club runs down in 2021 and it’s unclear if the two parties will find an agreement over a new deal.

It was claimed that Chelsea are in the market for a new goalkeeper after Frank Lampard was left dissatisfied with Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Sky Deutschland’s reporter Marc Behrenbeck took a look at the claims linking the Bayern star with a move to Stamford Bridge and regarding these rumours, he stated, “These are wild speculations.”

Behrenbeck then provided further information on Chelsea’s interest in AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma.

He claims the west London club are ‘particularly looking’ at the Italian custodian and the Blues have already held ‘discussions’ with the keeper’s agent, Mino Raiola.
