It won’t be very hard for Chelsea to loan Charly Musonda out again. The player, who’s back from a six-month spell at Betis, is already wanted by Roma, according to Calcio Mercato.

Musonda’s Chelsea return hasn’t been confirmed by the club, but given he was at the club’s match on Boxing Day, it’s pretty clear.

The website claims that the Italian club want one more signing for their attacking midfield and see Musonda as a good possibility. However, they don’t want to spend a penny on the deal.

Musonda was loaned from Chelsea to Betis at the start of 2016. During the summer market, when the first loan was over, many clubs have approached the Blues to have the player, but it was decided he should remain at the Spanish side, where he was showing very good form.

But things didn’t go as expected, and after only 275 minutes played, Musonda went back to Chelsea. Calcio Mercato claims that Antonio Conte has no intention of keeping him in the squad for this season, so it’s now a matter of where to send him on another short spell.
