Portuguese side Braga are still looking to make two major sales before the transfer window closes on Friday, the Portuguese press says.
Newspaper A Bola claims that the Northern side are willing to make some money with the transfers of Bruno Xadas and Trincão. And the latter is a target for Chelsea.
Trincão is currently protected by a €15m release clause, which can be activated until the end of August. Then it will be increased to €30m, and that’s why clubs are in a hurry to get him.
A Bola claims that Juventus have already made a €7m offer for the winger, but Braga turned it down. The Portuguese side want at least €12m, paid up front and free of agent fees.
Other clubs who are trying to get him now are RB Leipzig, Lyon and Roma. Meanwhile, Chelsea, Sevilla and Monaco have already shown their interest.
Trincão has been excelling for the Portuguese U-19 national team. He has 10 goals and six assists in 16 matches for them. He’s still to make an official debut for Braga, though.
Chelsea would sign the player and loan him out, therefore having no issue with the Premier League window being closed.
