On Tuesday, Calciomercato stated AC Milan have held talks with the entourage of Chelsea striker Armando Broja over a potential deal.
This claim has been backed up TuttoMercatoWeb, who also provide more details on this case.
Broja signed a new long-term contract in September but he hasn’t been getting the game time desired.
The 21-year-old is not at the centre of Graham Potter’s plans. Should this continue for the rest of the campaign, or if his situation gets worse with the arrival of a new striker, the Albania international’s exit ‘could almost become inevitable’.
Milan are in the picture for the Chelsea player and there have been new contacts to sign him.
The Blues value Broja at no less than €40m and this has put off the Serie A winners as the price is considered very high. Despite this, he continues to be on the Rossoneri’s agenda.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are trying to sign Rafael Leão. Milan could ask for Broja to be included as part of the deal for the Portuguese forward, if Leão refuses to sign a new deal at the San Siro.
