Chelsea allowed Victor Moses to join Fenerbahçe on loan last summer.
On January 20th, we carried a report from FcInterNews, who explained the 29-year-old has ‘officially asked’ the Turkish club to release him so that he can make a switch to Inter Milan.
During his pre-match press conference on Monday, Frank Lampard confirmed the player’s loan deal with Fenerbahçe has been cut short and he will return to Stamford Bridge before moving elsewhere.
Calciomercato now claim the Blues have given their ‘OK’ for a move to the San Siro and he will join the Serie A side on loan with a right of redemption.
Another report from the same website adds Moses will arrive in Italy to undergo medical on Tuesday and is set to become the Nerazzurri’s next acquisition. Chelsea have also given green light for the player to travel for the medical.
It’s claimed Moses could not wait to work with Antonio Conte as the former played under the Italian at Chelsea.
According to FcInterNews, the right to redemption is set at €10m and Moses will earn €2.5m until June. They further add the two parties will sit at the table to negotiate a new contract in ‘case of redemption by Inter’.
