Antonio Rudiger’s chance of becoming a free agent this summer continues to shake the European market, with several clubs getting interested in signing him.
Italian newspaper Corriere Torino today features an update on the difficulties that Juventus have been having to take the defender away from Chelsea.
It’s claimed the distance ‘between supply and demand persists’, as there’s still a €2-3m gap from the salary the Bianconeri offer and what Rudiger asks for.
Then there’s also the issue of the signing on fee and commission, which is said to reach between €15m and €20m.
According to the story, the Chelsea player is calm about the situation and ‘taking his time’ to decide his future.
Corriere Torino says Rudiger’s priority is still given to Chelsea, so he shall wait and see how the club sanctions will go until the summer.
In case he doesn’t stay at the Stamford Bridge, then there are plenty of clubs who’d like to sign him, as besides Juventus, the likes of Barcelona, Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid have all placed offers as well.
