Michy Batshuayi’s loan spell at Valencia is increasingly likely to be cut short in January, according to the Spanish media.

The Chelsea loanee has been getting linked to a move to several other clubs in the past few days, and it seems Valencia will not be opposed to that.

Local outlet El Desmarque brings a story with two different sources saying the player may have to find a new destination in the winter market.

First a show called Tiempo de Descuento claimed that Valencia told Chelsea they plan to get rid of the player in January. Then El Desmarque confirmed that an exit isn’t ruled out, but it would only happen after Sunday’s match.

Valencia’s game against Huesca is the last of the year, as the club only plays again after the winter break, when the transfer window will be open already.

Earlier today, we covered claims from Italy saying Roma could come into the picture, as it ‘wouldn’t be a problem’ for the Italian side to find a deal with Chelsea and Valencia.
