Chelsea star Willian has rejected the latest contract renewal he’s received from Chelsea, according to claims from the Brazilian media today.

Website UOL says the Blues have offered the winger a two-year extension, but he’s not accepting less than three.

That’s why he’s already considering offers he gets from different clubs. It’s claimed that his intention is to stay in Europe, and he’s already had approaches from English sides.

UOL also points out the ‘coincidence’ that Willian had been a regular starter this season, but things have changed since the last transfer window, as he’s mostly benched by Frank Lampard now.

Speaking to the Brazilian press last week, Willian had already claimed that Chelsea are not offering him the length of contract he desires, and labelled the negotiations as ‘hard’.

But this is the first time the press says he’s rejected the offer from the Blues, so it looks like things are getting more serious now, and his departure from the club is a real possibility.
