ESPN Brasil brings this week an interesting story about Willian’s response to the interest from Barcelona.

According to reporter João Castelo Branco, the Chelsea star would rather stay at Stamford Bridge than moving to the Camp Nou.

Even though his contract with the Blues expires at the end of the season, Willian wants to stay in the place where he and his family are already adapted, the story says.

It’s claimed that Chelsea are offering him a two-year extension, but he wants three, since he believes he can keep himself in good shape for a long time, with the lack of injuries being a proof of it.

ESPN claims that four clubs have approached the player to sign him. None of them are named, even though it’s clearly stated that he doesn’t have any kind of agreement with Barcelona.

Willian is said to be looking for a ‘common place’ in the negotiations with Chelsea so he can sign the extension with the Blues.
