Saúl Ñíguez wanted a move away from Atlético Madrid throughout the summer and had to wait until deadline day before he managed to seal a loan move to Chelsea.

The west London club have an option to make the midfielder’s stay permanent at the end of the loan period.

He’s been restricted to only 48 minutes of action in the league, while Thomas Tuchel handed him an additional three appearances in the EFL Cup and the Champions League.

The Blues man can become an ‘option’ for Juventus in January, if a report from Tutto Juve is to believed.

The Old Lady are in the market looking for a new midfielder. Tutto Juve are presenting this as their original report and state the Spain international’s name has now emerged at the Turin club.
