On September 15th, Sky Deutschland explained Bayern Munich have rekindled their interest in Callum Hudson-Odoi.
It was also reported the treble winners have made contact with the Chelsea winger’s camp.
Another report from the same outlet now explains the Bavarian club are ‘still interested’ in the 19-year-old, despite their failed attempts to sign him in January 2019.
Sky Deutschland further add the England international ‘can still imagine’ making a switch to the Allianz Arena, and ‘would like to’ move to Bayern because he feels the Bundesliga winners still trust him.
It’s not clear whether Hansi Flick’s side are interested in taking the Chelsea player on a loan deal or permanent transfer. Irrespective of this, a potential transfer seems difficult because the English club ‘don’t want to’ let Hudson-Odoi leave in this window.
The youngster made only one start for the Blues this season and that came in his side’s 6-0 win over Barnsley in the EFL Cup.
Chelsea take on Tottenham Hotspur later today and Hudson-Odoi could be involved again in the cup competition, more so after scoring in his side’s 3-3 league draw against West Bromwich Albion last weekend.
