While Chelsea were busy celebrating an unlikely draw against Ajax on Tuesday evening, one of their players was not joining in with the celebrations.
Once again left out of the matchday squad, Pedro was left wondering whether he has a future at Stamford Bridge once again.
The Spaniard has found himself out of favour under Frank Lampard, making just three starts in the Premier League and missing three of the last four squads.
He’s less than happy with his situation, with reports suggesting he was living the worst time of his career in London as personal issues are also causing problems for him.
His absence from the squad for the Ajax game was the latest disappointment for him, and El Dorsal, from Pedro’s native Canary Islands, say it was another step towards him leaving in the January transfer market.
They believe his final decision on a move will be between going to China or continuing in Europe, although he will ‘not lack suitors’ in either regard.
Should he decide to stay in Europe, then a move to Turkey may be on offer, with Fenerbahce claimed to be ‘very interested’ in a move.
Chelsea’s stance is not shared but given they have several youngsters impressing, as well as the likes of Willian; it seems unlikely they’d stand in his way at this point.
