Inter Milan are giving serious consideration to signing Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel, according to claims in Italy. The Premier League side could land Leicester City star N’Golo Kante this summer following claims from Wednesday edition of Le Parisien that a deal has been agreed for the French international.
TMW have revealed in the past hour that Inter Milan could look to move in on Mikel in this transfer window as Roberto Mancini looks to strengthen his squad for next season. Mikel comes with plenty of experience, and TMW believe he would cost the Serie A side up to €6m.
With the competition for places in midfield at Chelsea, and the possibility Kante could join, Mikel looks surplus to requirements with the West London side.
