Suso and Chelsea links are never ending in the Italian media and this week has once again seen a selection pushed out there.

Earlier on Wednesday we covered an article from Gazzetta dello Sport which detailed AC Milan’s worry about the player’s contract situation.

The Spaniard currently has a release clause of €38-40m and that was described as a ‘discount price’ for interested clubs, with those named as Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.

TMW also have a take on Wednesday and they also name two interested clubs, this time Real Madrid and Chelsea.

Los Blancos and the Blues are said to be waiting ‘in the background’ to see what happens with Suso’s renewal talks, as Milan look to find a deal which removes the relatively low clause.

Maurizio Sarri is presented as being an ‘admirer’ of the player, and it’s claimed he already wanted the Spaniard signing when manager at Napoli.

Chelsea interest is either true or the Italian media are doing a very fortunate job for Suso’s agent and upping the pressure on Milan to come up with a good renewal offer.
