Fanatik report Galatasaray would like to use Chelsea legend Didier Drogba to try and convince Manchester City’s Yaya Toure to join the Turkish club.
The newspaper report Galatasaray are showing a serious interest in the Manchester City midfielder, and they believe signing Toure would be an ideal summer move.
Fanatik say the 33-year old is Galatasaray’s prime target for the summer, and they are hoping to get a helping hand from their former player Drogba. The two players have a close relationship from their time with the Ivory Coast national team, which the Turkish giants hope to use to their advantage.
Toure will be out of the contract in the summer, and his Manchester City future is naturally in question.
The midfielder clashed with Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola earlier in the season, but after apologising he has become a regular in the second half of the campaign.
The Ivorian midfielder has played 27 times for Manchester City this season, scoring 6 goals.
