This summer there hasn’t been one single day when we’ve opened Tuttosport and Chelsea weren’t mentioned in the Juventus pages.
The rumours go on today, with the Stamford Bridge side being linked to five different players in the same story, believe it or not.
As Tuttosport writes about the current negotiations between Juventus and Milan, which involve Gonzalo Higuain and Leonardo Bonucci, they claim that Chelsea could change many of the plans.
That’s because they are interested in three players from Juventus (Gonzalo Higuain, Daniele Rugani and Miralem Pjanic), one from Milan (Pepe Reina) and another from Inter Milan (Matias Vecino).
It’s on Rugani and Higuain who Chelsea would make a heavy investment, as the defender would cost €50m and the striker €60m.
Tuttosport claims that it’s Marina Granovskaia who’s working to sign Maurizio Sarri’s requests, and the contacts have been on for weeks through intermediaries.
However, it still isn’t clear how close Chelsea are close to signing any of these five targets.
