Aytemiz Alanyaspor’s Emre Akbaba is being closely followed by Antonio Conte’s Chelsea reveals FutbolArt.
FutbolArt.Com have exclusively reported a Chelsea scout is following Akbaba closely after he recently watched from the stands as Alanyaspor beat Gaziantepspor 4-3, in a game in which the 24 year old scored one and assisted another.
A classic left-footed No 10, Akbaba is considered as a ”Shining-Light” of Turkish football and the French-born midfielder is making his mark in Turkey slowly but surely. He’s a great technician, but what makes him so valuable is his work rate.
FutbolArt also claim Akbaba is being watched by Napoli and the Italian club are ready to collect more information about him.
Akbaba has scored 4 goals in 12 games in his debut season in the top flight, and he’s the one that his team relies on ahead of former CSKA Moscow striker Vagner Love.
He’s yet to called-up by Turkey, but there’s a good chance manager Fatih Terim will call him up for his next squad. Chelsea interest perhaps seems a little early, but perhaps one of Conte’s spies has been impressed.
