For once, at least that’s how it feels, El Chiringuito TV are somewhat corroborating what’s being said by other outlets.

Normally prone to going over the top with their information, the television show are backing Alavaro Morata’s transfer to Atlético Madrid, claiming he’s said yes to the move and everything is ‘very close’ to being done.

This echoes what Marca were reporting a couple of days ago, explaining the Chelsea striker had gone as far as agreeing to lower his wages to team up with Antoine Griezmann and Diego Costa in Madrid.

Furthermore, El Chiringuito state Morata has said ‘no’ to Barcelona, seemingly updating us on what Sport claimed on Wednesday night.

The Catalan outlet stated talks were still ongoing between all parties, but the Spain international had his doubts about how much time on the pitch he would get competing with Luis Suarez and co., especially in big games.

This would suggest that with Gonzalo Higuain’s transfer to Stamford Bridge close to completion, Chelsea could give Morata the green light to follow Costa, his predecessor, to the Wanda Metropolitano in the very near future.
