Belgian youngster Charly Musonda spent the last season on loan at Real Betis, and after impressing with the Spanish side they are hoping to take him on loan for another 12 months.
Talks to sign Musonda for another season on loan have been dragging on in recent weeks, with reports suggesting Chelsea weren’t happy with the financial terms of the deal.
However, it now seems both parties are now very close to reaching an agreement for the 19-year-old after Mundo Deportivo claim Real Betis are hoping to renew his loan deal in the next ‘few hours’.
Another season at Real Betis seems to be a good decision for all parties involved, and Musonda will now be hoping to start his pre-season preparations with La Liga club soon.
The Belgian winger made 16 league appearances last season for Real Betis, and has another three-years left on his contract at Chelsea.
