Chelsea’s interest in Fiorentina’s Milan Badelj has been reported in the media recently.

A few days ago, Badelj’s agent, Dejan Joksimovic, spoke exclusively to Sport Witness, and confirmed no Premier League side have contacted him for the Croatian yet.

Despite that, rumours continue to link Badelj with a move to the London club.

According to a latest report from Italian newspaper La Nazione (via Viola News), Chelsea remain interested in signing the 27-year-old, and Conte is a big fan of the midfielder.

It’s reported Chelsea could use Marcos Alonso, Badelj’s former teammate at Fiorentina, to tempt him to London.

Earlier, his agent confirmed Badelj won’t be renewing his contract at Fiorentina, but he could move to AC Milan, who could come up with a ‘concrete proposal’, reports La Nazione.

It’s difficult to say at the this moment if there is any genuine interest from Chelsea, and we should wait for more concrete reports.
