Fotospor claim Galatasaray are looking to bring their former player Nordin Amrabat back to the Turk Telekom Stadium.

The Turkish website has reported Galatasaray CEO Cenk Ergun spoke with Amrabat in Marrakech and he’s made it clear they want to see him in a Galatasaray jersey next season.

Amrabat joined Watford from Malaga in January 2016 and he’s been a regular in the team since his arrival at Vicarage Road. Fotospor report Amrabat has told the Galatasaray boss Watford will not be looking for a big transfer fee.

However, a move may depend on if the player is in Marco Silva’s plans, given he’s contracted to the club until June 2019.

The Moroccan joined Galatasaray from Kayserispor for €9m and after a fall out with the coaching staff, he ended up at Malaga. Amrabat managed to turn his career around in Spain, which earned him a €9m move Watford.

The winger played 29 games for Watford last season, making 3 assists.
