Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard is a potential target for Juventus, with Fabio Paratici working on adding to Andrea Pirlo’s forward options.
That’s according to Tuttosport, who say that the French striker is ‘always on the radar’ for the Italian giants.
The Serie A champions have been keen to add another striker to their squad since the summer, with Pirlo wanting options around Cristiano Ronaldo.
It is for that reason they signed Alvaro Morata in the summer and continue to look at a potential deal for Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik.
However, that deal is complicated because Napoli want €15m for their man, despite the fact his contract is expiring at the end of the season.
Thus, Juventus chief Fabio Paratici continues to look at alternative options, and one of those is Edouard according to Tuttosport.
He’s continued to impress despite Celtic’s issues under Neil Lennon this season, and that means he remains a player who is always on Juve’s list.
However, according to the newspaper’s sources, Celtic have ‘no intention’ of selling him in the January transfer window, particularly in a permanent sale.
That suggests the prospects of anything happening this month are slim at best, but if you happen to see this rumour in the future, you’ll know where it’s come from.
