Fanatik report Besiktas midfielder Tolgay Arslan continues to attract interest from European clubs with newly promoted Cardiff City said to be monitoring his situation.
The Turkish newspaper report the 27 year old is wanted by Stuttgart as the club’s Turkish manager Tayfun Korkut reportedly wants to work with the player.
Fanatik claim fellow Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen are also following the player and that Cardiff City are in the mix to sign the Turkey international.
The Welsh club will be looking to strengthen their squad this summer after promotion to the Premier League, and a number of players have been linked with a move to the Cardiff City stadium in recent weeks.
According to Fanatik Besiktas are demanding €10m for the Turkey international, and Cardiff have been informed.
Tolgay joined Besiktas three and a half years ago and has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Turkish Super Lig. The player impressed in the Champions League last season so interest from other clubs is no surprise.
Arslan recently extended his contract with Besiktas until June 2022.
