Burnley look set for a very busy week when it comes to both incomings and outgoings, and it doesn’t appear like they’re seeing Bank Holiday Monday as a day of any kind of rest.
The Clarets are chasing ahead to get deals over the line to avoid having a mass panic on deadline day.
Sacha Tavolieri, who is very well connected at the Championship club, reports three players are having medicals with Burnley today and set to sign for the Lancashire club.
Those players are named as Manchester United’s Hannibal Mejbri, Brighton & Hove Albion’s Jeremy Sarmiento and Bournemouth’s Jaidon Anthony.
The Manchester United midfielder has had loan spells at Bimringham City and Sevilla in recent years. Brighton’s winger has had loans at West Bromwich Albion and Ipswich Town since joining Brighton, and Antony has been to Weymouth and Leeds United.
There’s no indication as yet regarding the nature of the transfers, just a whole lot of confidence that they’re currently in the process of going through.
