Last week it was reported Premier League and Bundesliga clubs are chasing Djurgarden defender Felix Beijmo.

The youngster has been linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers in recent months, but it seems the Premier League new boys could face competition from Borussia Monchengladbach.

Following claims from Fotboll Direkt that Beijmo is being tracked and that Wolves have already held talks, Svenskafans report Borussia Monchengladbach are one of the Bundesliga sides interested in the 20 year old.

They claim, like Wolves, the German side have been showing an interest in Beijmo since the last transfer window and could look to move in on the fullback.

Djurgarden chief Bosse Andersson confirmed he was in talks with Wolves in January, but a deal couldn’t be sealed with the English club.

With reports Premier League clubs are monitoring the young Swede it would be no surprise if Wolves are one of the English top flight clubs said to be keen on signing the player.
