Portuguese newspaper O Jogo has today published the list of clubs who had scouts at the cup match between Porto and Viseu last night.

And it turns out that Premier League side Brighton were one of them, even though their targets aren’t revealed by the report.

With Viseu being a mid-table club from the second division, it’s safe to say the Seagulls went to the Estádio do Dragão to watch the home side, who had no problems winning the match 3-0.

Alex Telles, Zé Luís and Sérgio Oliveira scored for the Dragons. Besides scoring the second goal of the game, Zé Luís also won the penalty for the first.

Porto players such as right-back Wilson Manafá and midfielder Vitor Ferreira may have caught attention for their good performances as well. They’ve both been heavily praised by the local press.

Other clubs who sent scouts to this match were Bayer Leverkusen, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United, Sevilla, Leicester City, Montpellier, Lyon, Sporting Gijón, Celta Vigo, Strasburg and Greuther Furth.
