Argentine show ESPN Redes managed to gather all the Mac Allisters together last night.

While brothers Kevin and Francis, both Argentinos Juniors players, went to the studio, Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Alexis was on a video chat, just like their mum and dad.

It’s actually been a fun show to watch, since there were several games among their brothers, were they had to reveal the characteristics of each one of them, with Alexis getting named the big crier among the three.

Their father Carlos also took part by talking about his sons, claiming that every Mac Allister must ‘give everything’ on the pitch, and that’s what makes their family great at football.

Their mum, who’s in Brighton with Alexis, claimed they’ve been fine while protecting themselves from Coronavirus. She says he’s loved the English city and should spend a while there.

Alexis Mac Allister talked about Boca Juniors’ title win, which he’s actually a part of, since he easily made enough appearances during the campaign.

The La Bombonera side were one point behind River Plate before the last fixture, and even though Alexis watched the match, he didn’t realise the consequence for him.

“Honestly, the game finished, I was watching it, and I hadn’t realised that I was going to be a champion,” he said (via Ole).

“The game ended and a friend sent me a message and said ‘congratulations, champion’. I stayed… It was kind of weird. Then all the messages started to drop and you start to realise that you contributed your bit and that it was there.

“I was very happy, because I was in there and I know what that team had fought to get the title. So it makes me very happy for all of them. Obviously I feel like a champion and I thank my teammates because they also made me feel it. I have had the opportunity to speak with some.

“I have many South American channels and I always try to watch football there. Boca made a very good second part of the tournament and deserved this title.”
