Soon-to-be Bournemouth Dean Huijsen caught a flight to England this morning as he nears a move from Juventus.

That’s according to Tuttosport, who report that the defender is expected to sign his contract in the coming hours and officially become a Bournemouth player.

The newspaper states that after Bournemouth finalised their agreement with Juventus for the defender, the central defender was granted permission to catch a private flight to England from Turin this morning.

He is set to undergo a medical at some point today with the Cherries after which the deal will be made official and he will sign his contract at his new club.

The defender has already published photos of himself flying out and the medical and signing of his contract is expected in the next few hours. Bournemouth will pay €18m plus a percentage on a future resale.

His departure will allow Juventus to make the final push to sign Jean-Clair Todibo from Nice, providing them with the funds and space in the squad to get that deal over the line.

The Italians are therefore keen to have it wrapped up as soon as possible and with him now on his way to England, they’re set to get their wish.
