French midfielder Olivier Ntcham joined Genoa on loan from Manchester City at the start of last season, in a deal which saw the Italian club having an option to make the move permanent.

The 20-year-old has had an impressive start to the season, and his performances have caught the eye of several clubs in Europe.

According to RMC Sport, Bournemouth are keen on signing the Manchester City midfielder, and have even contacted his representatives.

However, Bournemouth face competition from Bundesliga high-flyers RB Leipzig, who are also keen on his services.

It’s been reported several Ligue 1 clubs would also want to bring Ntcham back to France, but RMC haven’t mentioned any by name.

Ntcham has a contract until 2020 at Manchester City, but Genoa’s clause overrides that. It could be the case that Genoa buy the player and then sell him on for a quick profit themselves, which would of course be a frustration for Manchester City.
